Why do People from the south insist on moving to new york?

Idk y, but i absolutely hate it when they come, mostly because they value their precious south so much and are always bragging about how much better it is down there. but then they want to move up here, idk y it jus bugs me in my mind im thinking get out my neighborhood then. idk
