I think you should be honest and tell her how you feel but before you do that warn her before and say something like "I really do not want to ruin the friendship but....." Chances are she will feel the same about you! You two obviously are quite close if you keep cudding etc, obviously very affecionate to eachother:) so dont worry about it and just tell her , or if youre too nearvous to do that then just hint for a while then if she doesnt get the hint just tell her straight
