Spoiled little brother. Parents some suggestions?

So I'm 12 about to turn 13. I have an older Sister but she's in collage and doesn't live with us. And then there's my little brother who's in 1st grade and he is soooooooo spoiled. Here are some examples: 1. Last Christmas he got everything he wanted. An xbox, like 5 games, a brand new bike, and an iPhone ( he already owns an iPad). He then COMPLAINS that he didn't get what he wanted... 2 when I go to the math tutor (I get about a B) my little brother gets to sit in the car and play his iPad (He's getting like a D+). 3. His eating habits are really bad... Thank goodness he has fast metabolism. For lunch he had cookies and chocolate milk one day... 4. His mom let's him bring his iPod to school (1st grader) and he shows it off to everybody and brags about it. I try talking to my patents but they tell me that I'm a spoiled little brat because I'm jealous of him... I don't even have half the stuff he's got... Any suggestions parents,
