What do i do about the cute new guy at my school?

Ello..so i'm a girl btw..um their is this new guy he came to my school April 28 2011 :) his name is Nick..i have him in my English class 3rd period..um he's white with deep blue eyes and he's quiet just like me..and he was sitting 2 desks away from me (on the right side of me) and I was trying not to look at him..but it was hard..but have you ever had that feeling where you can tell someone was like watching you? Well that was my feeling...so I kept smiling...so today my teacher was looking for a desk to put him in..and I told her no one sits next to me...well now Nick does..and i'm happy :) soo during class we were watching hercules and he leaned towards me and asked me if I had paper and omg when our eyes met it was amazing..he stared into my eyes..ha :) soo now I dont know what to do..should I talk to him? You know since he's new..or should I wait? I have the taylor swift -enchanted song stuck in my head lolx..please help :)
