Why don't Christian's believe in Meditation?

You. Christians do not believe in meditation they say if it does not glorify God it is evil. We know that is a lie if that was the case mowing the grass would be evil, watching normal movies on TV would be evil writing e-mails or letters would be evil, mothers feeding infant babies would be evil the list is endless. Meditation is in your Bible KJV Psalm Ch 5. v 1. And I have yet to see a Priest or Pastor ever teach anyone how to meditate. God talks to us through the empty spaces in your thoughts clearing you mind till there is no thoughts makes it easier for God to talk to you
