First I would suggest that earlier in the evening you spend time playing with the kitten. Make sure that toys, food, clean water and a clean litter box are available when U go to sleep. When u are getting ready to go to sleep, about 20 minutes before u close the Bedroom door (so that cat doesn't disturb you) put on a relaxing Mozart CD/MP3 on replay for your kitten.
