I found a fanfiction author who is really terrible and needs tons of work. How should I break it to her?

Gather some people on fanfiction and tell the m to look at the persons art and ask them what they think! If they don't like it the then one by one tell her or him that they should try to put more effort in their work or tell them it sucks really bad.
