What are non-physical things women look for in a man?

I m a really attractive guy (sorry to brag lol but its true since i take good care of myself). I get a lot of looks here and there, and lot of women even flirt with me. I even modeled before (and i never modeled in my life or cared for it). My college has bout 5,000 guys and I would say I would probably fall in the top 30 lookswise (sorry to sound cocky lol). The only thing holding back is my personality and how I communicate. I am very shy and neverus and never know what to say and its just killing me lmao. If i can get passed this obstacle, I m set for life. So what should I do?
