IS THERE ANYWAY I COULD GET RID OF THESE LOVE HANDLES?!?

Ello there, I'm 17 years old. I'm 5'1 and I weight 102, I'm in perfect size, that accept my love handles, try are big!! People always call me cute body but then when I show them my love handles or they notice it they're like "woah" I mean they are not huge!! But it's just not supposed to be on me!! Is there anyway I culd get rid if these plz help me!
